- Location Information: Precise or approximate location data from your mobile device to show you nearby barbers, beauty parlors, and tailors. This is optional but highly recommended.
- Booking & Activity Details: Your appointment history, services booked, and shop preferences.
- Device & Log Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To facilitate appointment booking, scheduling, and notifications.
- To help you locate nearby beauty parlor, barber, and tailoring services.
- To improve and optimize the performance and design of the Roopsy application.
- To communicate updates, notifications, and customer support messages.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following scenarios:
- With Service Providers: Sharing name, phone, and booking info with the specific partner (barber, salon, or tailor) you make a booking with.
- For Legal Purposes: If required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect the rights and safety of Roopsy or its users.
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You have full control over your data, including the right to request account deletion.
Account Deletion & Data Removal
If you wish to delete your account and erase all personal information associated with it, you can do so directly in the App under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or submit a request via email to support@roopsy.com. We will process and delete your data within 7 business days.
